Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was believed to be one of the sport's greatest athletes. Biles was the very first American female gymnast to win four gold medals during one Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she became the first female to be the first woman ever to take home consecutive World All Around Titles (2013-15). Biles along with her younger sister Adria was taken in by Ronald Biles as well as Nellie Biles their grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston area) were raised there. Simone discovered her love for gymnastics at the age of six on school field trips to Bannon's Gymnastix and she remained there for eleven years under the supervision of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was a winner in the floor and vault exercises at the 2011 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the high-level competitions in 2011. Two years later, she took the lead in her sport. Her consistency, her vivacious attitude and level of challenge in her four events -- vault uneven bars, floor exercise, vault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercise and floor exercises -- have set her above the others.
